moon light why would you need someone else to take care of your health? That’s your responsibility drink plenty of water and eat organic meat and veggies and try to stress less that’s all you need eat in moderation

Liyani Bernier You misunderstand me. I don't need someone else to take care of my health for me, but when you have a lot of health issues, having a trusted doctor who can carry out the right tests to see what is going on and then help guide you when you're overwhelmed, is a huge help. I know I have to do all the work, but some guidance is never a bad thing to help put you on the right path. Sometimes drinking water and doing what you said, isn't enough, as it hasn't been for me because there's more going on. Trusted doctors are vital teammates in helping people heal in many cases.

@@PiecesoftheshadowWings absolutely agree. it's the relationship between the doctor and patient that creates healing.

These are extremely valuable conversation on understanding the body and the root cause of any harmonic imbalances. There are some noteworthy remarks during (40:00-45:00) mins of video on the working and understanding of testosterone and oestrogen harmones. It is quite difficult to find an environment in the world right now free from all kind of toxity although we need avoid those conditions as much as we can. To much excess and below average harmones presence is not good for the health. These things need to be in balance for improved working of body and mind. Taking things simpler and natural will definitely improve quality of our living. Listening to this podcast is great experience as it becomes a wonderful enlightening experience. Some of the keys as Doctor pointed out keeping a healthy gut, avoid toxins, taking proper rest and exercise along with happy healthy heart and Liver. I have find deep inhaling morning routine and later in the day extremely helpful for maintaining good health along with regular exercise. Thank you for sharing this valuable podcast online 💒✨🌠☺

It is valuable podcast on the understanding, working and managing harmones that can cause stress in particular increasing cortisol level and affecting corresponding harmones that creates imbalance in working of mind body function. Diets high in Carbs need to be avoided that can cause insulin to increase in the body also regular exercise morning and bed time routine will automatically heal this problem naturally. Sleeping late night affect all the glands and harmones including liver function, thyroid, adrenal etc. Taking natural lifestyle less stressful will be helpful in dealing this issue for a longer period of time. Stress can be healthy as it triggers the body towards fight or flight response but a body can not survive for long if it's put under constant and persistent mental and physical stress. For the people having stress and anxiety problems my humble recommendation is not to exceed certain limits that can affect their bodies and mind also try to work on something that they can love and execute it with less mental strain. This is again an extremely valuable podcast Corrina and Doctor has shared great insight on managing stress and body function effectively. Podcast like these on Wellness Plus will be extremely helpful for All. Thank you 💒✨ 🌠🌷
