One of the most beautiful channelsI follow about the sport of free diving, and your explanation of the sport is completely different from what I took in the course... and I remembered asking the trainer... “You want me to relax while I am holding my breath and underwater and I feel contractions”. There’s is a contradiction in the application. I tried to improve my self for 3 month.. but i couldn’t improve that much.. static tables was very hard and stressed I just watch some of your play-list videos.. my next plan is to follow your guide from the physical, mental, and dry Co2 table as you explained. Thank you in advance..
