My holistic doctor told me to do sole water. You can google "benefits of sole water." Written by Weness Mama, Katie Wells. She has a recipe. Just don't use the Himalayan sea salt for this use Celtic sea salt. I have seen a major difference, ninety nine point nine percent gone!

When you eat the right food and start to heal your body gets very sensitive to what it likes/doesn't it was around the same time period for me too though the most I get are things like eating some bacon can give me pimples. If your body is telling to tell you something it's best to listen. I've heard him mention multiple times for his patients on hashimotos that he tells them to do a lion diet (red meat only) as they can sometimes get issues otherwise.
@cheeseyboy21219 күн бұрын
As for not grass fed I'm guessing there's certain things they haven't filtered out as they are not biologically designed to do so and so it comes back to you and causes you second hand issues. I know some people react to chicken for that very reason.

I got the call and picked up 20 pounds in several bags for a total of $15. I froze most of it in the big bags and then sorted out one bag into smaller amounts. My natural beefburger is way to dry. There’s also strawberries and pears and peaches, but depending on where you live if you’re in the city, I recommend at one of those hanging strawberry plants probably the only thing you’ll be able to do. Especially with beef liver supposedly. To be fair though, most people are deficient in copper as well. But, a little bit of liver goes a long way.
@Baptized_in_Fire.15 күн бұрын
@@anthonychaffeemd I must respectfully disagree on the point of deficiency. If you've ever eaten liver, chocolate, or any high copper food, it is unlikely to find deficiency. Copper is a toxic heavy metal, like lead. There are people that have purposely limited their copper intake to as low as is feasible for many years, some decades, with no symptoms of deficiency. Many of them finding improvement in health in so doing. I also don't think Professor Kay would say these things frivolously if deficiency was so abundant. That's unusual. I'm just grabbing ideas here, but maybe _radically_ eating less fat and lowering your fat:protein ratio, then gradually upping your fat again through time might do the trick.

@@_Solaris I was thinking that too... But what about the rashes? That's got to be a detox thing. I was thinking about doing a round of Ivermectin before trying C again...

Funny you should mention that. I happen to take a full round of ivermectin annually as an insurance. Have for years. My dad does the same. Who knows where the rash comes from. Detox? Oxalates? Parasites? Liver/kidney issues? Whatever the cause, evidence suggests that straight carnivore helps with all of these (barring parasites). If I had a persistent rash I'd probably go to the doctor though, for my own information & curiosity.

@@andyc7747 That's why I was wondering if a parasite/detox cleanse was a good idea before starting. Thanks Andy!
