Apart from the stats and the one is genocide and the other pasifist undyne is still stronger. To defeat her you have to deal massive amount of damage while ceroba when her shield is broken you can easily break her mask and making her to her weaker form

Here are the current Character stats/Check stats for comparison: Undyne casual clothes: 41 AT 21 DF 1500 HP - Normal Ceroba: 13 AT 15 DF 1000 HP Normal Undyne: 50 AT 20 DF 1500 HP - Masked Ceroba: 14 AT 15 DF 1000 HP + Magic Shield worth 80, 90 or 100HP dependant on phase and magic bells that take 7 soul shots to destroy. Undyne the Undying: 99 AT 99 DF 23000 HP - Genocide Ceroba: 13 AT 21 DF 1000 HP As you can see Undyne stat stomps all of Cerobas forms even in her weakest state, there's a reason that Ceroba says she'd rather take her chances with Axis than risk alerting Undyne.

Defense of undyne the unding being 99 but she gets 1500 damage from kid with ballet shoes Meanwhile ceroba at genocide max gets 70 damage with kid who has REAL GUN with ammo... I don't think stats are right way to compare strength of monsters to be honest because than sans is weaker than froggit

@@Clorisk The answer to the question is simply that Frisks Determination and desire to kill in Undertales geno run is far greater than Clovers is in Undertale Yellows geno run, for example Frisk is usually only does like 30ish damage to Toriel at Level 3 with the Toy Knife, but will do around 20k damage to her at the same level with the same weapon on a Geno run and that goes for all bosses and mini-bosses in Undertale, it's straight up stated in a book in-game that if person with a powerful soul struck a monster with the desire to kill than they would be hurt far more than normally as well as the fact that the attacker would take less damage from the monster they were fighting and you've got to remember that Frisks Determination overpowered Floweys by just existing in the Underground, whereas Clover doesn't gain enough Determination to overpower Flowey untill they're LV 20 and once Clover becomes the most determined being in the Underground the First thing they do is one-shot Asgore a Monster whose stats eclipse Zenith Martlets but one who Clover REALLY REALLY wants dead to bring Justice to the Five Fallen Children. Ow and Sans is one of the weakest monsters' stats wise, but he also understands this and actively does things that make stats kind of irrelevant against him like removing invincibility frames (people think this ability is unique to Sans but Undyne the Undying removes invincibility frames as well but only half of them unlike Sans who takes them all) and adding a poison effect to his attacks to compensate for his lack of damage as well as just having harder to dodge bullet patterns, he also dodges so you can't oneshot him, ignores the normal rules of the game to attack you in your menu and uses his Unique ability to use short cuts (basically teleporting) to set up attacks in advance and uses Gaster Blasters a magical weapon with a name that implies it didn't originally belong to him, but he's bringing them out as like I said he's doing whatever he can to give you a bad time. Contrast this to the way Undyne the Undying fights, she believes that she's strong enough to take you and to be fair she's right she is the only boss in the geno run that can take a hit from Frisk and fights you normally as a result whereas Sans doesn't think he can beat you normally and actively does whatever he can to give himself the advantage resulting in a harder fight overall despite him being far weaker.

Frisk was determined yeah but clover had more hate towards monster kind on genocide like his trying to bring justice to this awful monster who kill 5 other kids... And after killing starlo he turns into person who only use violence for their problems even with puzzles Well I am mean marlet zenith does something similar to sans she has armor which unables you from even hitting her. I agree that ceroba more likely weaker than undyne at least when undyne is in her undying form but ceroba can be stronger than undyne from base form because of ceroba's abilities removing Max health, can force you stay in 1 place and with mask can make impossible attacks to dodge if you not have dash

@@Clorisk Ceroba in Undertale Yellow literally says that if she had to choose between fighting Axis or risk Alerting Undyne that she would rather take her chances with Axis (this is a talk option in the SteamWorks), this comment is all you really need to know how Ceroba feels a fight between herself and BASE Undyne would go (not to mention Undyne's spears can be seen literally oneshotting Clover in Floweys memories in the Neutral ending something that she straight up can't do to Frisk due to their determination and something that no form of Ceroba can do to Clover). Hate doesn't mean that Clover would have more killing intent than Frisk, this can be seen clearly in how much damage monsters with higher Defence take from Frisk compared to Clover but also from a story perspective, to Clover killing the monsters is a means of bringing justice to the five fallen humans, to Frisk they are killing for the sake of it and take a sadistic pleasure in it (the encounter boxes explanation point turns into a smiley face for Frisk whereas it never does for Clover) not to mention while Clovers goal is to kill Asgore and bring Justice to the Fallen Humans, Frisks goal is just to get stronger and it's made VERY clear that Frisks bloodlust wouldn't stop at monsters, they'd kill everybody (and by the end of the game literally destroy the world and achieve this goal). As for Zenthin Martlet, it's not just her Armour that stops you from hitting her it's also the fact that she's actively flying in her first phase, after her armours destroyed, she falls to the ground and now you can actively shoot her with your gun and even then, Clover will only do between 66 and 75 damage to her compare this to a Level 1 Frisk doing on average over 100 damage to Asgore with a far lower attack power (here are Zenith Marlet and Asgores stats for comparison: Zenith Martlet AT 25 DF 40 Armour HP 1800 HP 850: Asgore AT 80 DF 80 3500 HP) and I think it becomes incredibly obvious who the stronger Human from the get go is.

@@tigertank1819 I mean even clover did one shoted serious asgore and frisk would have more problems with zenith marlet because frisk doesn't have dash and doesn't magically turn their soul to yellow (they were able to do it thanks to alphys and marlett her self unable to use magic's soul) And zenith marlet's attack is stronger than asgores in fight with her dealing -11 to clover... Zenith marlet like undyne the undying stronger than asgore at least while fighting human marlet can do very undodgable attacks for soul who doesn't have dash I agree that I was wrong with ceroba being stronger than undyne base form (I didn't read everything you writed so I will just agree with your first points)
