@@starrykailani I wouldn't really say he's a fun boss, he was kind of annoying in pacifist lmao, especially with his theme cutting back at the beginning after his attacks But in terms of personality, yeah, it hurt me seeing the dude going from happy dancing to not understand why Clover is killing him because he didn't mean to hurt I feel like this game's genocide route is more impactful in terms of making you feel bad, as most major monsters don't die in one hit contrary to Undertale

It's important to note that in undertale they mention that humans can take the souls of monsters, but they usually die to fast so no one ever seen it happen, it's also stated that a human who takes a monster soul is also very powerful, strong enough to cross the barrier. Basically I am saying that it's possible that Clover became stronger than flowey than when he absorbed your soul!

@@deepfriedrat7428 Undyne the Undying is really easy for me, and Sans I could manage with some training, but Martlet absolutely BROKE me. Her claw attack especially is such BS. You can maybe dodge one swipe with a dash, if you have stupidly good reaction time, but then the swipes after that just decimate my HP... I ended up giving up because of that. It's good that I didn't have to see her die like that, but goddamnit, seeing Asgore getting pulverized like that would've been so rewarding... This definitely feels like the most satisfying ending, since you break free of Flowey's control and get to do your own thing in the end. Actually getting to escape the underground, rather than Chara cock-blocking you is also a big plus.

After doing the genocide, even replacing files on axis geno after that no more encounters bug, i got into that final martlet and after being stuck for days, i gave up and reseted. I may try the genocide route again, but actually getting the golden bandana (curse you golden peer), or i may try pacifist again because i loved that route on this fangame, or ill just dont touch the game anymore. Either way, im here cuz i actually want to see the ending, i will get spoiled ik, but that fight is driven me insane, i think i did the right choice for my sanity.

Remember that this route is technically not canon, while the rest are. Honestly, I'd expect that Asgore actually beat him and put his soul into the container but this fits better for a headcanon of what would happened if justice attempted genocide. I hope Toby take an instance of this game and canonize it.

I don't think he'll make this canon because this game has a few things that are wrong: 1) Flowey never existed back then. 2) Every human that fallen down had the power of SAVE. And the reason why the humans died because they gave up, Asgore was too hard to beat.

It is stablished that Flowey was created after Alphys injected a golden flower with determination extracted from the human souls, so it very likely happened AFTER the 7th fallen human had already died. Tbh I think one of Undertale's biggest history issues is that it let A LOT of things unclear or vague, wich just caused a lot of confusion in the community.

You need to wait until the ring is in the bullet. Can’t be outside or along the edge, has to be in the bullet itself. Would reccomend buying the mug by the entrance to the mines. When you do, it falls down and shatters giving you glass shard bullets. These do less damage than the flint bullet you are probably using, however the ring itself moves slower so it is easier to hit and if your 6th ring hits in the center area of the bullet you gain 2 HP. It was a legit game changer for me

In pacifist and false pacifist (killing the final boss instead of sparing) Clover’s soul ends up taken by Asgore, genocide isn’t the canon ending. (And Neutral of course always gets reset by Flowey in the end)

All other endings try to railroad you to something that is canon. Even in neutral, when you achieve an ending that isn't actually canon, Flowey screws you over and resets. But here? Clover is more powerful than Flowey. Nothing holds them back from making this their OWN ending. That fact alone is why this is my favorite ending. Screw the final Martlet fight though, that is complete BS even for me.
