In this video, I talk about my approach to healing, which is very concrete, and grounded in physical actions. I also share an often overlooked healing strategy that is really helping me right now: body scanning. It's beneficial in ways you might not expect.
In my experience, there are two main ways to heal: doing and undoing. Doing is basically adding healthy habits. Undoing is removing unhealthy habits. They are both crucial, but undoing tends to be much harder. It doesn't have to be!
