ABOUT: Join me, the REAL Grizzly Granny, as I ride my recumbent Sunseeker CSX "fat tad" trike, usually with my husband and team mate, Gary. There will be trail adventures, as well as story telling and recumbent trike accessory hacks that I have found work for me. My riding philosophy is, "Safety, Comfort, & Kindness", and I will be discussing these and other interesting subjects in my videos. Although my channel is for everyone, it is "geared" for senior women, women who are new to recumbent trikes, or women who are just desperately looking for a new way to exercise and enjoy the out doors in these difficult and stressful times.

Interesting medical notes. So true about modern medicine. Not many general practitioners any more, so we have to be our own general practitioner. I think the main thing is to maintain a positive physical, mental, and spiritual approach no matter what is going on around us. For me it always goes back to the adage, energy flows were attention goes. You're doing a marvellous job in that area. Hope to see you on the road sometime. The wife and I also ride recumbent tadpole trikes; I on a Greenspeed GT20 and she on an ICE T.

I just subscribed, I understand about your health, I fought off the MAC Disease and now Pancreas cancer, but I enjoy you talking but I really want to see the surrounding landscape. I have my Catrike Dumont on a rear stationary so I can ride my Trike in the house and use KZbin to make my ride better. So please turn the camera around and let's see nature. You can still talk and great information you put out. I had a really bad time with my right shoulder that lead the way to my Pancreas problem. So I have my TV on KZbin to watch the landscape and nature while you guys ride.

Thank you for watching our videos! After reading your comment yesterday, I thought that I should clarify that my channel format is not about getting photos and filming the landscape. There are so many other great channels out there that do that, and I also enjoy those! If you will read my channel description, and watch my early videos, I explain why I decided that there was really a need out there for a different type of video format geared towards women, and especially women that may be new to recumbents. You’ll also see in the description that there will be discussions about different subjects. I too will be on my trainer for a while postop and I understand why it is so helpful to be able to watch the beautiful landscapes across the country as we are on the trainer for whatever reason that may have put us there. We will certainly keep you in prayer because that is a really tough diagnosis.🙏
