oat flakes 120 g
sunflower seeds 50 g
pumpkin seeds 50 g
baking powder 7 g
salt 2 g
dates 150 g
water 100 ml
vegetable oil 40 ml
leave for 30 minutes
in the oven 180° for 25 minutes
currants 160 g
(can be replaced with another berry)
agar-agar 5 g
water 90 ml
honey 40 g
