For those with the Solo brand backpack sprayers, or any sprayer with an internal pressure adjustment, you might want to consider not using the constant flow valve. I have the 475 Comfort, and it has an internal pressure relief valve adjustable for 1, 2, 3, and 4 bar. In order to use the blue (2 bar) CF valve, you have to set the Solo internal relief valve to 3 bar, and this gets tiring very quickly. I removed the CF valve on my new wand setup and can easily keep the pressure in the Solo backpack at about 2 bar by listening as the valve vents pressure.

Really like your video. I have the same problem, I want to change the spray wand, but my question is, what connector do I need to join a 1/4" hose (from original garden pump sprayer) to a different spray wand that I bought and has a 1/2" male thread at the trigger end?

Really don’t see why all this is necessary.... all you need is a fine spray for aphids and to be able to spray the underside of leaves.... don’t see why you have to have a heavy brass wand with a Volvo on the end of it... but thats just my opinion
