Wonder if those in the knowing of his information details would if he ever around time when Rose Bly went missing from wisc area. If even in time lines etc. Kid’s were young with similar hairstyles or tried deciding on different choice’s . Those in the knowing could looking into ruling it out or further investigation into those missing.
