Beam his home network to his work network. Just get a pole with a Unifi wireless bridge and boom your connected.

I'm hoping to do a video here in the near future where I hook my barber up with a Ubiquiti setup and she'll have the capability to provide high speed internet to the other 3 businesses in the complex.

The AT&T fiber to the business is most likely dedicated fiber which justifies the price and construction buildout for a single customer. Dedicated fiber is a lot different than shared fiber for residential developments.
