The Union Jubilee Quartet was Garner, lead tenor; John Skipper, baritone; Leroy Jefferson, bass; J. Marshall, pitch not specified. Bozie Sturdivant was identified as second tenor but he is not heard here. Recorded by Alan Lomax and Lewis Jones at the Silent Grove Baptist Church, Clarksdale, Mississippi, July 25, 1942.
