It's not the employees. It's the new policy to not allow USPS Offices to deliver their own mail. Somebody screwed up big time, got a big hefty paycheck and a promotion to not allow small towns to deliver their own mail. For example all mail generated in Montana has to go to a sorting facility hundreds of miles away in Billings to get sorted then sent back two days later. Mail coming from out of state literally bypasses the towns it's going to in order to send it to Billings. This is a big waste of money and fool hardy to say the least.
