It’s a long long season for us. I always say Bruno is too trigger happy, even b4 the red, when we sometimes need to build up play he always goes for a Hollywood pass. Rashy can only play in a counter attacking system & sadly enough, Garna is becoming the same way. I don’t think any coach is coming in & changing this squad. ETH is full of excuses but I sincerely doubt any manager will do a quick turnaround. I think you stick with ETH through the end of the season while taking the time to bring in a manager with actual tactics. ETH’s record against the big 6 is just abysmal. We are always the underdogs and he seems okay with that. Barring a miraculous turnaround, I think you let him finish the season but you dismiss him and bring another coach who will not keep trying the same failed formula of playing Bruno every game, or hung up on Rashy’s 1 good season.

There was some optimism in 2021 after a decent season scoring plenty of goals, Cavani the hold up man, Bruno banging the goals in, Rashford and Greenwood making contributions. The Ronaldo signing destroyed all of that progress and made us one dimensional going forward, and we've still not recovered, the defence and mid both haven't improved either. I blame the club personally.

Let's not act like the game was competitive until Bruno got sent off ! They manhandled us physically and metaphorically from the whistle. I've said it a million times, United can't play basic football. Simple passes, simple runs to drag players out, triangles, finishing, general effort, positioning, they almost do EVERY single thing wrong ! Play triangles. Play simple passes. Lift your head, look over your shoulder, don't dive into tackles, make the attackers go wide.
