Definitely a beaver tail, but as beaver tails are an actual franchise up here in Canada, Universal likely weren’t allowed to call it that unless they licensed the brand for the event.

The first thing you ate is pronounced ahhl-ka-pooh-rria(roll that R Tim lol). The outside is made from yautia(yao-teea) massa, which is a root vegetable kinda like a potato. Very popular appetizer in Puerto Rico. Love the many different options of food they have at Mardi Gras, gotta make it out there one year for it. A fan from Chicago ❤️

Go back to the Puerto Rico booth and try the Ponche it’s grape juice with sweetened condensed milk and blackberry extract sooooooo delicious and the team members were so excited that we were the first ones to order it that day 😊

If you liked the Alcapurrias right across from Old Town/Funspot Kissimmee there is a foodtruck village that has tons of spanish booths that sell them. 2x to 3x the size and about a third of the price. You can find them all around Orlando too, but I am closer to Davenport so that is where i grab them.

I’m coming down to Orlando in May for a week with my S/O for their first time and i am so excited! Staying at the Universal Cabana Bay hotel across from Volcano Bay and will be going there for both our first times. Super excited, though sad Shrek 4-D is gone but that’s okay cause i am super excited for the Velocicoaster and Hagrid’s Motorbike adventure!

You have got to try the ice cream brioche in France. You can choose any flavour and any sauce. It doesn't all melt either, I love Chocolate ice cream and Raspberry sauce. yum 😋

But, if there's someone with him who isn't shown, why not show that other person's food? I'm aware that he often does go with others, who do appear on camera.
