@@JeNsJyugyou Jen, thanks. I'm in the first year of university. About West Point, it's a far way away dream. There are some between-governments programs that allow students from other countries to get trained and study in there, but not for Iranians. I'm trying to get citizenship from UAE(Emaraat) and use of their scholarship.

Your video helps me a lot. awesome 授業！ I majored in Economics at a university. I had interested in economics from high school. But after graduating from a university I was in many twists and turns. After that, I went to nursing school and I became a nurse. And now I'm a little interested in graduate school as recurrent education for a nurse.🤓

It was a great video. You spoke very clearly, louad and a little bit slow so i can understand a lot. My major is an environmental engineering technology. Thanks for your questions.😎 Major, degree, and career are all different. Your major is what you're studying at university, referring to the topic or area of your studies (I did a double major in Theatre Studies and English). Your degree is the qualification given to you by the university after you have completed studies. For their undergrad students usually get a Bachelors degree. Some students may return to university for even further education and get a Masters degree (I have a BA Honours in Theatre Studies and English. BA stands for Bachelor of Arts. Many people would just shorten the expression and say I have a degree in + subject. I have a degree in English). Your career is referring to your job. Career describes what field you work in (I have over a decade long career in teaching English. I tried to have a career in acting, but I was unsuccessful). In terms of your sentences: -I'm majoring in industrial engineering. = Perfect 👍🏻 -I'm an industrial engineering major. = Great 👍🏻 -I'm studying industrial engineering at university. = Excellent 👍🏻 -I'm doing a degree in industrial engineering. = Good 👍🏻 -I'm doing an industrial engineering major at university. = This sentence isn't bad, but it'd be more natural if you said, "I'm currently completing an industrial engineering major at university." ☺️ -I'm doing a career as an industrial engineering. = This sentence doesn't work in English because we never say 'doing a career', we say, 'I have a career in ~, or 'I have a career as ~'.. So after you graduate and get your degree, and then find a job as an industrial engineer, you can say, "I have a career in industrial engineering" or "I have a career as an industrial engineer." ✨ 🤗I hope this long explanation helps 💐
