An easy alternative to setting the headlamps on low beam with a defined distance to the wall being lit. And seeing the round light pattern, my guess is for USA type lamp assemblies only. European, EC approved assemblies should produce a straight, horizontal cutoff line on one side of the centre and another line going up in an angle to the other side (depending on the LHD continent or the RHD UK going up is either to the right or the left).
