Sorry for the delay in response.. The winch has been pretty good... has hauled my ute out of bogs a few times no problem. Even did a big pull with my ute and caravan on the back (approx 3.5t combined). Faults so far: 1. the free spool lever is a bit temperamental, gets a bit stuck and needs lubrication. 2. The wireless plug on the winch end is also temperamental, at times can work intermittently. I only fully trust it when you actually plug the cable in. I still think its a good value winch. Mechanically... no issues

It's pretty good value for money. I just waited for a sale and I ended up getting it very cheap. Everything works perfectly a few years down the track
