For a client, expecting change and progress to happen as a result of simply turning up to a therapy session is an example of 'magical thinking', which I'll talk about here.
Successful therapy requires the client to take ownership of their share of the therapeutic work, and, of course, it's important that they know this!
So in this video I'll share 3 ways we can powerfully convey the importance of client responsibility in therapy.
