Great video Mark. I have everything you used in this video and I agree with everything you said about the razor. I have used a few other slants and there was just too much blade feel for me. This razor is great. I get a smooth, comfortable, efficient, irritation free shave. Timeless makes great razors. I have 5 of them and they are all great. I can pick any one of them in the morning and get a great shave. Have a great week. 👍

Lindsay, as Timeless Razor noted, and I experienced, it's a very mild razor and perfect for the beginner or any wet shaver. I prefer mild razors and enjoy upping the efficiency with sharper blades. In fact, many wet shaves prefer this method: mild razor, VERY sharp blade. The Aluminum Slant Razor by Timeless Razor accommodates this approach.

Just used Etherea last night with my timeless .95 razor best razor I have ever used. I also have the timeless aluminum slant and it is incredible as well. I love the weight of the aluminum I ask the guys at timeless and they said the handle is solid aluminum and not hollow. The timeless slant is must have in my opinion in every shave den. Also etherea is a timeless exclusive I believe.

How does the Timeless aluminum slant compare to your rave review of the Karve Overlander?

Bob, I love both razors. Both are smooth, mild, and efficient. However, there are differences which make it difficult to compare directly. The Timeless alant is a slant (of course) and shave the hair differently. Plus, it's lighter in weight. The Karve Overland is a traditional DE razor head and offers more heft. The end result shaves they deliver are comparable. However, it's the feel of the shave that is different...the way that hair is cut. The slant really does have a different quality and feel.
