For the last game, the vendread card wouldn't have even been able to get rid of Basiltrice. XYZ monsters don't have a level, and the trap explicitly states: "Tribute 1 face-up monster your opponent controls that has a level." So he'd get rid of fire ferret, and be unable to summon drillroid anyways.

I really enjoy this style of series but for future formatting could we get a losers wheel? Like, every deck that loses gets put in the loser's wheel which gets spinned after the best deck is decided so we get to see which is truly the worst deck. (yes this works similar to a loser's bracket in a normal tournament)

Expressroid can be targeted by Machine Duplication and is like one of the best 'Roid monster! You use it on your Expressroid and you get FOUR cards back to your hand and 2 more dudes?! The value! (I mean, if you can set it up). Decoyroid isalso 500 or less but nobody likes it. Machine Duplication should have been one of Cyrus' key card with tons of Roids being 500 or lower and fusions like Pair Cycroid where you need two monsters of the same name (or 3!). His brother had Power Bond, the 'Big Bungus Beatdown' card so Cyrus should have had a 'Weenie Rush' deck to contrast with him! Tiny dudes that tribute themselves for effect could have worked too. Also, Machine Dup could have fed your Bullet Train!

Moving forward, I think both players should either get 20 or 21 packs. Several times now one player is getting an extra pack but the other isn't. I know it doesn't matter most of the time, but it does feel a little cheap when someone pulls a UR or something from that free pack and the other player gets nothing. Would love to hear everyone's thoughts on this!
