This would be useful if you wanted to build some sort of water cutover manifold that you need to bury and need to space the vertical pipe risers and keep them spaced nicely. Of course, most pipe is 3/4 or 1", so you would have to make a smaller version.

It all depends on the size of it and how you build it honestly. We've seen some really impressive sheds and things with 3/4" EMT Conduit, but they were braced well. How big are you thinking?

I live near a fence co. that put out the old fence material they take down for public to take. I goy a lot of 20' top rail a few pieces were bent but all good. I also get the old cedar privacy fences .Uusally they just need a good pressure washing .So check out your local fence guys.

Any weight-bearing mods for Aluminum EMT? I need to join 2x5ft pipes together and i need them to be strong. Would putting a 1.5ft 5/8" steel rod in the ends of 2x5 ft Aluminum EMT tubes be sufficient for Weight Bearing applications?

The "puzzle pieces" don't seem to interface uniformly. Should we hammer them flat or is it ok that the entire interface doesn't interlock?

You can hammer them flat if you prefer but it's not necessary. It functions properly without fully interfacing.

I gave up on top rail because of the “FJB” high price and went to 1/2 emt for most builds only 5$ a stick 3/4 is $10 Fjb great vids thx

it would be nice if you can come up of 13/8 to 3/4 T clamp. and the only holding me to get one is its price. almost 5x compared to galvanized. Would be nice to see a competitive price.
