All these little tips, tricks, and hacks are great and they add up over time, but folks please do not use it as an excuse to fit a little more calories or miss a workout. The most important things are to exercise the fundamentals - lift heavy, do some cardio, count your macros, avoid booze, and sleep well.

super NEATy... in school i called myself a "chair olympian." Never had all the feet of the chair on the ground or was always bouncing around in it or legs going nuts. Teachers put a resistance band across the legs of my desk so i could push on it with my feet. This persists today. i have always been lean and found it far easier to lose weight than gain. I find i have to be very careful adding walking or cardio if i am trying to grow at all and eat A TON (over 3,000 cals for my 130 lb self).

Man tell me about it I was 450 got down to 285 in a year not healthy at all I am currently at 235 took 10 years to get here and still going gotta stay focused and get the right fuel

Naievely I read the thumbnail and stuck this on the speaker in the kitchen while cooking hands covered in raw chicken and early teenage son eagerly listening to that first segment while I try to be as loud as possible washing hands to get my headphones haha
