In 2016 I had one of my darkest moments in life with no one to talk and I ended up emailing Stan a wall of text about my health problems, low t and everything wrong with my life and I will never forget how just few minutes later he answered with some advice. He probably has no idea how much that helped in that moment. Best person in the industry for sure.

Pls have Stan on every few months these are my favorite segments. Stan has made me a successful trainer just by following his guidelines of training/nutrition/sleep. Also best shape I’ve ever been with the vertical diet and won my first powerlifting comp last summer this shit fucking works

I have 3 kids My 2 boys got so out of shape during Covid. I started with getting my boys 11& 14 personal training lesson. Luckily, a cross fit gym like me did a class for 6weeks Tuesdays/Thursdays. He had about 12 private training lessons. NOW. He’s taking his friend’s (my now 12) to the gym and he puts them through his workouts. He’s obsessed with his bicep growth. He was up to 165 He’s now 148 ish. He’s grown too. I’m so fricken proud of him. It’s clicked. We need an Efferdin gym by us. The greatest investment I e ever made 🎉🎉

Look at the obesity charts since obesity started on a mainstream scale since around 1980. Age group doesnt matter much cause obesity is cause humans as a species basicly quit on their bodies since industrial revolution machines became widespread in the early 1800s.

Well if parents weren't so darn concerned with keeping kids quiet and out of their hair, pawning them off on electronics in public and a phone, and would get back to using the belt and locking kids out of the house until dinner time, maybe kids would be more like people and less like NPCs, with a very very low likelihood of being overweight Yes, it bugs me that parents don't want to deal with being a parent so they expect tablets television and the internet to be the parent for them

@@Bondzillaa It's difficult for a parent to let their children out of the house all day but it is much needed. Kids that are not social will practically grow up socially retarded

@@Bondzillaa different concepts, one is being involved with your kids and the other is to let your kids socialize outside. Haven't you ever heard of the era where kids weren't allowed home until the street lights came on? The title of the video is regarding obesity in the fact that kids spend all day on electronics and don't go outside there's a problem.
