I'm sure a monthly Netflix subscription plus 3 hours on the couch every night is a lot more expensive and a bigger waste of energy than 4 hours a week in the gym paying less monthly to have the doors open for you

I’m getting in shape and haven’t been to the gym once. I walk, jog, lift cheap weights I got at the store, I eat better than I used to. You don’t need money to walk/jog. Convenience food is more expensive than basic ingredients. Stop making excuses. Money might make things easier, but it’s not always necessary if you stick to the basics.

You could replicate a lot of cable exercises on bands. Find a park or just but one of those dip and pull up bars( many be a used one.) hold dumbell between your legs and you are golden .

Use the 9-5 or hourly job to your advantage, having a job with predictable working hours may help build a consistent routine. 👍🏼

A gym will yield great results and have more options. But if you don't have any in-depth aesthetic goals and just want to be fit/healthy, you can do a lot for free/low cost. You can do pushups, pullups, and walking lunges at the park for free. You can go on daily walks for free. You can climb stairs anywhere for free. Even a jump rope that you can do anywhere only costs $10. 😂 If anything, being rich makes it WAY easier to be out of shape because life is on easy mode. More often than not, the most fit people who aren't pro athletes live the most modest means because life is a grind. 💯

Thank u for the content gentlemans its really appreciated and verry welcome. My home-gym looks crappy and cheap but my physique looks better than 90% of the population in my city. What would i do if i had more money? Buy higher quality foods, better gymaquitment and those viivo barefoot shoes.

I don't know, I've saved thousands upon thousands of dollars by not ever having to go to the doctors because I move a lot I rest well and I eat mostly meat and vegetables. It's a pretty good balance if you want to spend more on food and less on expenses like hospital bills and cable bills. I don't have cable, I don't have internet, I do have a DVD player that's not plugged in and I have KZbin

I'm living a similar lifestyle, brother. I've worked out in a variety of fashions for the last 15 years since graduating from high school. I've eaten much healthier than average since the same time and over the last 2-3 years I've been animal-based. I'm outside often and have maintained consistent sleep with the exception of graduate school. Never been on prescription medications with the exception of antibiotics as a child. haven't had cable TV in over a decade. I also now work for myself. Life is good.

@@heaz32 hellz to the funk yeah! I don't even have aspirin in my place. I don't want any of that stuff that's going to mess with my gut lining which includes leafy vegetables. Keep doing what you're doing champ!

I own a small business and I'm a father with 2 kids in athletics. You have to manage effort and get the workout in where you can. I get between 6 and 20 minutes a session. Try harder.

Learn to make bowls and stir frys. Chicken, rice, beans and veggies go a long way. Only need to mix up cooking style and spices.

Millions of people?m? There are still people out there that believe that they can't figure anything out without a personal trainer, there are people that complain that you have to be rich to eat healthy foods just like people think you need the have lots of wealth to have lots of free time to even be able to make better lifestyle change choices, and to have the free time to not stress so that they can get better sleep. If anything, you can say well over 50% of the country believes the things I just listed
