Welcome to your 30-min Flexibility & Mobility Class towards the Middle Split.
This routine combines active and passive stretching to help you gain more space in your lower body so you can get into your splits with more ease. This is a dynamic open-level class, wherever you are in your journey you can follow along and pick any option/variation that suits your current practice better in order to support your progress. Make sure you have 2 blocks for this class, and let's get started!

The active stretches and mobility drills were so good! Also the tip with flexing your feet while in split and pressing the inner side of the feet into the floor helped a lot. Thank you so much for this class Marine

A truly incredible practice. Incredibly challenging... And in some moments even really tough. But I achieved a perfect hip and leg break for the Middle Split. I am truly satisfied and happy. Thank you so much 🙏Namaste
