Thanks so much Stu for this wonderful way to solo and sing! I have been enjoying my solo playing on the uke and love the idea of singing to the solo as a way to be more present. I'm grateful for your encouragement to dive into the meditative and healing power of music. Also I love the reminder to smile as we sing and play. Many Blessings! Emily the Songbird

That's a cool tip. Because, if I'm able to sing it back, the melody has some "resingability" and isn't some note shredding. Also. I do use rests more consciously.
@UkuleleZen Жыл бұрын
Yes! That’s great to hear Johannes… awareness of our note choices, and the space for putting into our phrases really can make our playing much more musical. Have fun exploring this technique… Thank you so much for watching in joining in!

Hi Stu: I love your lessons they are getting beautifully focused. The coordinated lessons around La Bamba are most beneficial. Thanks so much. It's such a benefit to be a patron. Your octogenarian patron Ann Marie, Waterloo, ON, CND

Hi Stu, you really are the best uke player, teacher, friend. I'm always behind with a delay because I've got so much going on at the moment. Try to catch up because everything is so relaxed with you. Thank you for everything. C'ya Gyani ❤

Many thanks Gyani! I have fun, exploring your own improvisations… It’s a wonderful way to be with the instrument in a free way. Wishing you all the best! 🙏🎶🤙❤️

what purpose of the scale in the video?
@UkuleleZen Жыл бұрын
The purpose of the scale is to first of all, teach you an easy way to begin to make melodies, secondly, to develop some technique, and to have a clear framework to exercise this principle shown in the video… Thanks for watching wishing you all the best please subscribe for more videos like this one. 🎶😊
