The thing I love about this is you teaching your girl the tricks of the trade. I would LOVE to see her on the trail in the future. You never know maybe shes the one that gets to finish the family buisiness!. Wouldnt that be awsome!

@18:37 where did Hil go??? lol she disappeared. !!! Come back to Panama City, FL Scott! You and whoever you want to bring, free Freshwater Guide Service trip on me, I'll show you around Dear Point Lake, Bear Creek and Econfina Springs Creek. I live on Bear Creek and own the Guide Service, would LOVE your endorsement and education! I beg you brother, would be the highlight of my life.. My dad knew your Dad but he passed away a few years ago, spent a lot of time at your family's resort growing up, in the 90's! You would make my dreams come true.

Awesome to hear you explain your thought process on getting these fish to bite. Just shows how much you know and how much goes into doing this for a living. Learned a heck of a lot in the first 15 minutes of the video. Can’t wait to see how the series unfolds.

Man Hillary is getting all the knowledge at the beginning of the video. If she is anything like me which is more of a visual learner I would just be listening and watching your every move. She is already a great fisherwoman but she is learning from the best.

Believe it or not. The same type of thing here in northern Australia with barramundi. Barra eat whole live fish as food obviously. But the way they digest things they cant swallow or digest the bones on the bait fish…So they have to an will spew up the bones an it will stink like rotten fish an crabs when it happens… aslo will get a big oil slick on the surface.. can be a bad thing to see also cause it generally means the fish are already done feeding lol..

OMG Scott how do You get those reels to sing like that ? I think on one of your practice videos You get everyone in the house and have a casting tournament. Distance and accuracy. On Street cast and flipping. I think that would make a cool video and help those of us who don't fish on a regular basis to learn some tips and tricks from you and the other guys and Hillary. The tournament could be for everybody who traveled with you. Maybe you can get some floats and put in the water for targets some floating rings I don't know I'm sure you could think of something to make a cool video.

You’re absolutely right the technology is making it super difficult and not just that KZbin is making it hard techniques that took 10 years to develop and master now take six minutes of pros breaking down every aspect of how to do it and where to do it at what time to do it they literally tell you what baits to use during each month how to use each one break down every lake and watch them live how they Fish! That really changed everything every weekend warrior now has the same set ups kids are rollin around in $80,000 boats doing the same thing the pros are doing!

I certainly appreciate the knowledge Scott and other professionals are willing to share. I’m loving my Garmin’s and getting better at understanding them. I’m experiencing a much better fishing season in 22 than 21. Following experts, understanding fish migration, breeding, weather, etc. has a big impact on your success as much as bait selection.
