Thank you Dr Osborne as you absolutely just keep bringing to The masses important videos, sir ✨ Health is wealth! I've got a very cool phenomenon to share supplementing Zinc daily for several years now. And started noticing this about 10 ish years ago. ***I do not have bad breath, halitosis, morning breath, or rump breath. I've never read anything in terms of scientific studies to back up this (phenomenon?), however I'm certainly not complaining I appreciate you sir making these videos without fail which brings so much awareness to the world ❕✨🌟💙

Dr O, Im in the uk. Whenever you are on, you always tell me things that are vital to know and I have to get my notebook out. I was diagnosed with polymyositis 5 years ago. Had to get off the maintenance meds as i was so weak. Have found my way using natural supplements. Its been vital to know how to reduce cytokine and inflammatory markers. Ginkgo biloba has those qualities I found but zinc I realise now has its place too. Thank you so much for what you do.
@Acts-1322Күн бұрын
Have you had your 25OH-D, and iron + Ferritin all measured? Those are also huge markers under appreciated. Especially risky to live in UK for vitamin d deficiency due to frequent cloud cover and cool Temps. I'd love to give you optimal reference ranges too, once you find them

@@Acts-1322 Thank you for your comment. Part of the trigger for my illness was vit D3 deficiency. I take it daily now and my level is good. It's actually been a warm summer too! I get a full blood count once a year and it's all good. It's taken me a long time but now I've got my life back and I take a balanced dose of vits and minerals and my diet has now been keto /carnivore for six months and that has added a huge boost to my health too. Blessings to you.

Wish I had seen this a couple of months ago. Had been off supplements for a week in preparation for blood tests to check vitamin/mineral levels without supplementing. That's when a few kittens thought it was dinner time and got under foot. Down I went and broke my hip. I would have grabbed my bottle of zinc before going to the hospital if I had known. Anyway, back on it post surgery and rehab. Seem to be healing up pretty good. Much more observant as to the whereabouts of the kitty cats in relation to my feet.😸

Dogs can be just as bad . . I was carrying a small tray of plants down the hallway and my Bassett Hound was walking in front of me & decided to make a complete stop. I stumbled forward & fell into the wall and broke my bottom tooth.

Sorry to hear that. My boyfriend’s father fell and broke his hip 3 weeks ago, 89 years old. A neighbors puppy got under his feet. 😡 He is doing great! He is walking up and down steps ( with help). Best wishes! Do your exercises and PT!

Thank you for this information. Unfortunately in my country, Serbia, doses of Zn or Mg bisglicinate or other mineral and also vitamins are limited and insufficient in very expensive supplements. It is how the pharmaceutical industry is robbing us. But thanks to your educative presentations, which I frequently listen and follow, I can help to myself and my friends. So great apreciation and thanks!

I want to mention something that dr. Peter may not know but zinc is crucial for metallothionin production which is our endogenous chelator and really helps to get rid of heavy metals so if you have problems with heavy metals then zinc along with higher protein intake or NAC suplementation may really help you to detoxify without taking outside chelators that may cause you to develop essential mineral deficencies. Its really important to not suplement with zinc picolinate because its not bioavailable and there is study for that

It's hardly readable, i have bad eyes but someone with good eyes even can't read it easily. Somehow the video's should be upscaled. Hope that your IT guys will try something to make the quality at least to a readable quality, that DOESN'T mean that it has to be 4k.

Ok so thank you again for the millionth time, this explains why my zinc was not where it should be despite being almost entirely carnivore (ok ok ok I like my coffee and spices like garlic 🤣). I'm on Telmisartan still. Hoping to be off it at some point here in the near future. 🤞 BP more stable than ever with electrolytes and extra Redmond's Real Salt.

Zinc supplements gives me breathing issues after a few days of usage. When I stop using zinc, it goes away, and comes back again if I return using zinc, tested it and confirmed it, several times now.
