Unox oven won't heat

Hi, can you help me with an Unox oven model XV513G? The oven starts fine, but if I turn the temperature knob, it goes into lock mode, the red light turns on, and I have to reset it using the gas valve button. Thanks.

Until the damn thing suddenly stops working and you have a breakfast leaving and no one at unox answers thr phone.
