I remember very early on in your research you stated that those who were more glutes dominant would be worse at swimming due to being less buoyant. Could you explain your perspective of how HFT's effect on swimming changed?

Hey. You can find out by yourself. Depending on the sport or activity that you play or do, start with some of the hft exercises. Start feeling the burn in the glutes and lower body. It’s probably going to take months and years to even develop those( I’ve been doing them for about 6 months consistently). Then your body will give you answers. Don’t question first, experiment first and you’ll start FEELING 💪 the results. Have fun!
