Is this going to be detrimental on health? This is with respect to effect of pre-meal water consumption to reduce food intake. Thank you Dr Pal 😊🙏🏻

Stress is inevitable . During tough times our body and mind gets into stressful mode . Watching these kind of vedios puts a lot pf pressure thinking how can we not be stressed. Please stop giving soo much importance on stress and sleep . By doing that automatically you will feel less stressed and will have sound sleep

Hello doctor, I started watching your channel after I find that my SGTP and SGOT levels are 55 and 77, USG abdomen shows grade 1 fatty lever. My height is 5feet and 11 inches and weight is 72 kg. I used to always feel hungry when in stress but i used to munch on idli upma or kurmura too much actually thinking its not so unhealthy tho but nothing is good that is too much this vdo gave my mind an alert now i will take care instead and try to force myself to go for a walk.
