This would be a great game for you to stream completely! It's funny, cringey, scary, sad... It runs a lot of emotions and this stream was very fun already. I vote for a full playthrough! Obviously it has a slow start but it eventually snowballs and you just didn't have enough time to get there. Deaths aren't even possible in what you played so far, so your expectation was never going to be met this early on. Also the game makes more sense as it goes on, so your confusion on some things would probably be cleared up.

I love how, in horror movies/video games, someone finds the severed head of a pig/dog/whathaveyou and goes "It must be this person or that person doing a prank on us." I mean, sure, me too, when I want to make a prank to someone, I just find an animal to mutilate...Naturally XD Also, it would be nice to see Ellen doing a full playthrough of this one. I'm curious to see how many characters would make it on her watch.

She is the best to agree to do 3 fear academies 😃 They’re a favourite of mine too especially when Andy tests Ellen with his jokes. Though missed Jane and Mike last year due to them being like true older siblings with how they ‘helped’ in The Evil Within and Alien 😂🤣😂🤣 Especially Jane slightly with her popcorn munching. Plus sassing the enemies and making cruel jokes like Ellen had a chase scene coming up where she had limited time to defend herself from waves of enemies before taking another munch of her popcorn 😂🤣🤣🤣😂🤣

I'm just like Ellen with horror games but my husband loves them. Every October I let him pick a scary game for me to play. This year he chose Until Dawn, which he'd already watched a friend play most of. It was really fun making predictions about everything and everyone because I was surprisingly spot-on on some and way off on others. The first thing he told me is that his friend made a really stupid mistake right at the end that left him with only one survivor. So naturally when I played, my fingers were faster than my brain, and I made the exact same stupid mistake! I saved half the group, so I can't be too mad about that. I lost count of how many times throughout my game I shouted, "WAIT! NO!!!" the instant I pushed a button. I'm relieved it's done, but it was a lot of fun! Please do a full playthrough! It would be a blast watching you react as the story unfolds.

I was so frustrated about the "scared of spiders" option, since I knew that it'd make things actually, openly, bad for Ellen - not just "some more tension", but "this is BAD now". I think she did very well in the face of that.

Yeah, Ellen's always such a champ for pushing on through with these things, but I hope there's a way around it other than a restart if she's going to do a playthrough. I was wondering how this game was going to fit in with Ellen's Fear Academy, because technically while the beginning of the game does have quite a few jump scares, it's really all just build up, the real scary stuff doesn't really kick off until mid-game. And to be fair, I haven't finished watching this playthrew but it looks lIke Ellen stops right before one of first truly terrifyinf moments happens, which is a real shame. I guess I was sort of hoping that a Resident Evil Village approach would be taken with Until Dawn, where instead of Ellen starting the game from the beginning, she would be dropped into play a mid-section of the game. But I do understand why/how that didn't happen/wouldn't work with this playthrew, because so many early game choices can impact later game events, but yeah, have to admit was more interested to watch Ellen play some of the later, more interesting, scary parts of Until Dawn instead of the beginning, which (and this is purely personal opinion) I've always found a bit of a drag, Hopefully we migth see Ellen do a full playthrew of this game? That would be amazing!

I'd 100% recommend the VR game based on this "rush of blood", it's a fun rail shooter and the VR aspect is great as you're on a rollercoaster the whole time and it really feels like you're moving along without the usual VR motion sickness

This made me want to replay Until Dawn. It's been a while and I really enjoy this game a lot. I would love to see a full playthrough, especially since some of the characters get really good redemption arcs in the game, especially Mike. I couldn't stand his character when I first started playing Until Dawn, but as I played through, he became one of my favorite characters because he does a turn around as you play through his sections of the game.

I've never been a horror fan outside of watching certain people play horror games, just not my thing, but I love Until Dawn. The thing really is that it covers almost every point on the horror movie spectrum. Like, with the fully playable characters it ranges all the way from total gore fest to everybody lives.

My nomination for the future list of the 7 best hamsters in video games: Boo. I quote: As you are wondering what to do, Boo climbs down your shoulder, and goes toward the turrets. You try to stop it, but it is already in firing range (Boo can move really fast!), and the turrets open their fire. What happens next, is simply amazing: the little rodent manages to dodge every single bullet, then he starts climbing the turrets, and jumping all over the place, causing the turrets to fire onto each other... When the last turret is down, it goes back to you, and climbs back up... Not only is it cute, but is it also a ninja hamster or something like that? This is just too awesome! You only hope that you'll never piss Boo off, you are kind of scared about what could it do.

The true horror was the cabin full of delinquents we met along the way! ...Joking aside, this was a fun stream. Good banter, usually at the characters' expense (and deservedly so), plus a steady supply of lower-intensity jump scares to help set the tone. I'd be interested in seeing another stream of this game if it warrants a second look.

I love all of these games. I play them as much for the story as to see how they remixed O Death in each game. Unfortunately, the first time through usually takes at least 4 hours because you don't know what's coming and you tend to go slow.

Oh God this game... I just barely saved everyone because my friend would feed me tips at the most crucial parts, even then it was so stressful. I will say as awful as the characters start out they do grow on you by the end. Even if you hate one (looking at you Emily) It's hard to just have one die without opening possibilities for the others to die.
