Nehru didn't want the temple to be restored... he's talking about how KM Munshi and Patel did it with help of funds collected from the people bcz Nehru didn't want to fund it from government although he didn't have any problem to fund restoration of Mosques and Buddhist stupas.. after death of Gandhi and Patel, the responsibility of restoration taken by KM Munshi. The temple was restored successfully.. He gives references of 1)KM Munshi's letter 2)Rajendra Prasad's speech Rajendra Prasad's speech was not broadcasted on radio.. but came on news papers.. Nehru tried all ways to stop Rajendra Prasad going to the ceremony, but he went.. Nehru gave strict orders to stop broadcasting the speech.... He ends with a quote from KM Munshi's book where he says "secularism" is all about uplifting the beliefs of minorities. And the "secular" leaders neglect hindus..

The summary of the video is that after independence of India and after Junagadh state merging into the Union of India with the help of the army by Sardar Patel, he had wished to rebuild the temple of the first Jyotirlinga Somnath Mahadev when he was on Junagadh. He wished to rebuilt Somnath Temple , But Prime minister Pandit Nehru, citing secularism, and the government refused to pay the money, whereas in Delhi, the mosque, many Buddhist temples and churches were made with the government money, the country's prime Minister Nehru had no objection to built mosque, church and buddhist temple but his objection only on rebuilt of a Hindu temple. After the death of Sardar Patel, K M Munshiji rebuilt the Somnath temple from the money of the donation by the people and was invited to the President of India in temple's inauguration festival. Rajendra Prasad, at that time, was the President of India, Rajendra Babu had a deep faith in Hinduism. The president also came and made a very poignant speech on rebuilt of temple ang glory of India Dr. Rajendra Prasad was also the Chairman of the Constituent Assembly and the first President of India. Sardar Patel was a member of the Constituent Assembly and made an unprecedented contribution to the making of the Constitution and the independent India, the architect of the united India and the first Deputy Prime Minister of independent India and the Home minister. K M Munshi also a member of the Constituent Assembly of India and also a member of the Drafting Committee headed by B R Ambedkar and has made invaluable contribution to the Constitution formulation.
