I remember few years back after my wife died, I was left alone with 3 kids. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with bipolar. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment changed my life for better. I can proudly say i'm totally clean for 6 years and still counting. Always look to nature for solution to tough problems, Shrooms are phenomenal.

This is me all over and through and through.. Plus: Depression also comes from being rejected by people and ostracized, unbothered about or simply ignored. For depression comes from trying too hard too long... too many years or also decades.. And then, you know that your efforts will always be vain.. in this lifetime. It' a pattern that has become more like a fate, destiny or ..curse. Hard to discern all of it but one thing you know, no matter how hard you try, it's always dommed to follow the same fate, outcome and ending. And don't count on anyone to empathize with you, they'll judge you instead.

Yogi brand green tea for positive energy and focus. Yoga also helps me. I don’t have to go out for that. Just watch videos and follow it. Btw, I also suffered from postpartum depression after my 2nd and 3rd kids (in my 30s) and I remember both times I had severe back pain which I pinned on the epidural. My problem was always that I was such a deep and heavy sleeper, that I could not get up in the mornings, and nobody understood or cared. I suffered undeserved punishments for being late to school and later on in life, I lost a series of jobs. I went to a psychiatrist who told me to get a loud alarm clock, as if I would pay $200 an hour for such a ridiculously simple minded answer. Another psychiatrist prescribed a variety of depression pills, but none of them worked
@carlorizzo8273 ай бұрын
@user-bu5ye3mr5w This comment intrigues me because I lifelong had the opposite problem. I was a ridiculously light sleeper who always woke up 1 to 2 hours too early. Never needed an alarm clock. It was a dangerous family, tons of violence while being told I was loved. I had a physical profession just to be tired enough to sleep at all. Your therapist. Ahem. Ugh, how unhelpful. Well, I would have investigated the quality of your sleep. Do you remember your dreams, assuming you have dreams. Do you have intimate relationships. I cannot pairbond at all, although I fall in love like a teenager. Always figured I would kill myself. Now here I am at 70, don't have to kill myself, Muthah Nature is doing a good job for me guffaw. I'm glad I didn't though. Changes occurred I never imagined were possible. The arts saved me. I was a performer

I’ll agree to part of your video. However, I complained about pain for a year, my doctors were supportive, but my employer & family were not. By the time a diagnosis was determined, I needed emergency surgery to prevent paralysis because my spine was shifting to the right on its own. I lost a career that spanned 24 years, and my family was still unsupportive. I needed a cervical replacement, and fusion of C4-C7 along with neck reconstruction for swan neck. I’ve had over 20 surgeries, and have recently found that the discs above & below the cervical fusion are in bad shape. Also, my lumbar spine has herniated discs in every joint except for L1-L2. I broke park of my back (spine) at L5-S1 and it’s now migrating down the spinal column. I have no idea how I broke the disc. My family’s answer, go to work. I’ve been denied disability, as well as turned away by Catholic Charities. I served my community for 24 years as a 911 dispatcher, and now face eviction. Yes, pain can cause depression, these are just some of the reasons why. If you don’t suffer chronic pain, you’ll never understand what a person who actually does! I started with carpal tunnel at 16, I’m now 54. Saying cheer up, get over it, you have so much to be thankful for doesn’t help at all…

I'm certainly no professional but you sound just fine to me. You sound as though you simply know your boundaries and you're perfectly fine with that. You actually have a nice size circle of people whom you consider to be your friends and you also have family members you socialize with and surround yourself with. At certain times in our lives, we recognize that we'd rather not socialize with certain people for a number of reasons and that's ok. Better to recognize it and take heed, rather than recognize it and force the issue bc you think or others think that you're antisocial or isolating yourself, when you in fact, just know, that you don't want a certain atmosphere in your life. So many times, we try or seek to please others and bring so many problems on ourselves when doing so. A nice size circle of friends and family sounds very nice and healthy. Some people need a lot of people in their life and some.... just don't. Some are content and at peace with "less is more." I certainly am. Less of people and less of most things is less drama, headaches, and anxiety. Again, I'm no professional but you sound A-OK to me! Not isolated, just content, and OK, and at peace with it! 😉 That's my lil 2 cents! 😉 🪙🪙

Depression is a funny old monster, nobody seems to be able to give a definitive set of symptoms or what the exact causes are. It's all a bit vague in general the whole mental health landscape, some people may show certain symptoms whereas others may not. And these set of symptoms may also overlap with other mental health or general health problems. Then, because of this, diagnosis and treatment is an even bigger problem. Treatment itself is very hit and miss, one medication may work wonders for one person but may make someone else feel a lot worse. But then thats because medical professionals aren't even sure of how the medications work or function. And that's been my experience with mental health problems. Eventually I got to the stage where I decided I'm just going to get on with my own funny wee life without any more messing about with psychiatrists and counsellors. Funny enough, that was a far better answer to it. I found something I like working at, got a job doing it and life is way better. I still suffer with a range of these symptoms, having good days and bad days, but I still get on with things. Anyway, that's just my journey through it all.

Eat vegetables and fruit like Jesus says even though I know it’s easier said than done!! It will however make you feel better. Also lower your meat consumption!! Don’t worry I’m telling myself too as I type this because Jesus helps those who help themselves. I have eaten badly and I get more depressed and I have more pain and can hardly walk but when I eat healthy I am happier have less pain and can walk fine. I know everyone is different. Just do some research on healthy foods and try it for yourself. If it helps awesome if for some reason it doesn’t then no harm done. Our food makers especially the ones that make quick convenient foods don’t care about our health it’s about lining their pockets with as cheap ingredients as possible then we’re left with all kinds of problems that make us have to go to the doctor and get more medicine. Believe me I’ve been there. However when I ate right which is expensive especially if you can’t grow the foods yourself I threw away my walker and could almost run. I’m a 51 year old female from birth I guess I must add nowadays and I’m obese because I do love to eat and I have to do all the cooking for picky eaters which in turn makes me want to have some of what they’re eating but when I did eat the way Jesus wants me to it just made a huge difference. I’m still struggling but I’m praying trying so hard to live right and trying again to eat healthy. Jesus helps those who help themselves. I use that quote to try and keep me motivated. Anyway I’m praying for all of you because I know depression is rough. Hormonal problems isn’t fun either which can also cause a lot of crying and depression!! Anyway have a blessed life and don’t give up!! You got this!! ❤️🙏

Exactly it’s sad but true! I’ve been battling depression and anxiety for years. I’m lucky I have my parents and my boyfriend. I’ve always worked but struggle to keep jobs. Depression and anxiety are crippling. I battle insomnia so I’ve worked evenings the past 7 years.
