I thought Gurdieff found the enegram in the Sarmong (?) Brotherhood monastery in desert of Iran or that part of the world. I do know he went to Egypt early on and heard the stories of pre-sand Egypt! Cool stuff! Thanks 🙏

What G and his seekers after truth found was an obscure reference to the brotherhood which resulted in his quest. During his travels he writes how he came into contact with an Armenian Priest. It was there he saw the symbol on map owned by the Armenian Priest. The map was a map of pre-sand Egypt. Gurdjieff was in Egypt, where he studied many metaphysical topics here in Luxor where I live, before forming his esoteric 4th way teaching.

Yes and yes. It’s amazing when viewing in the Quest VR headset. It’s a whole other experience that leaves you feeling like you are right there. And unlike the mobile experiences where you use your hands to reframe the screen view, you simply turn your head, heads free and you can see 360. Try it out and let me know what you think.
