I was always attracted to Israeli’s and like them very much. At that time I had a voice in my head that said that I am Jewish. A Palestine state was never established because the Arabs rejected the proposed plans and they have rejected all opportunities for a state since 1939.

Yadin is great. And his Israeli accent is perfect. Fantastic interview. Last time I was in Israel in 2017 I drove behind Kibbutz Be'eri looking for the Anzac memorial beside the Gaza border. My grandmother's brother had fought in Gaza where he was injured and captured by the Turks. He eventually died from his wounds and is buried in Haifa.

Being from America, I think we ARE spoiled and I think it’s awesome y’all are born with a cause. I am now a Christian and have learned that we all should have been born with THE cause and in preparation of persecution for Jesus and for His return. And I have totally learned so much (not everything) but OT shows examples of how that was their purpose. I pray that our country gets much more serious. We do depend to much on technology and forget about how important it is to depend on the human aspect of not only chatter through tech but by boots on the ground. It sounds like what happened in Israel, is similar to what is happening with the US south border. Everybody is telling the government that we have to be vigilant because of the large number of young men entering the US from countries that have expressed their hate for the USA; they are worried about drug dealers, human traffickers, carjackers, terrorists, etc. But, the US government ignores that there is a problem. I was in the army in SA, in an infantry bn.While i was in training, we were visited by an Israeli captain in the IDF, who said that our army training was very similar to the IDF training. Makes me proud when i think about it today, considering they are considered one of the best. After a years training i was sent to the Angola/ South WestAfrica border where i spent ar year and a half. I was fortunate enough to come back completely unscathed. I can just imagine how difficult thiis war in Gaza must be, when the terrorists dress like civilians . Good luck to the IDF. From SA .

This is what we call the territorial army who are reserves. Previously young men were called up to do National Service. Unfortunately this system was abandoned in 1959. It should be re instituted so there are young men trained & ready for any military eventuality.

The reason we don't allow foreign boots on the ground to defend us (even American boots) is because after 2,000 years (plus) of being dependent on others to defend us, once we had our own state, we would only depend ourselves. However, we've compromised that ethic by becoming dependent on the US for our military ornance, planes etc. The US severely pressured us over the years, and we caved...now we're paying for it dearly by having to kow-tow to US demands when we're fighting for our very existence.

When October 7th happened, I thought too, what if the attack had happened and some relatives I never got to meet-who are Jewish!-were anywhere near the attack, or what if THEIR relatives, or PETS, even so much as saw anything that happened on October 7 on their televisions, or heard it on the news! I would be struck with unprecedented horror, as a matter of fact, I decided to be struck with unprecedented horror and grief, just in case, you know, any long lost connection to me who was Jewish had any knowledge or even a hint of what happened on October 7, so I cried, and ran down the streets to show my unparalleled horror and grief! And I made sure I kept repeating the word "Holocaust" over and over and over, and I wept and screamed and tore my hair. I wanted to show my solidarity that no one knows horror and evil like Jewish people, no one at all. Everyone else's suffering is just nothing, nothing at all, compared to the Jewish suffering! I was born behind enemy lines, in a spiritual nature. Although everyone is, technically, my own family members belonged to what I would consider "terrorist thinking". They were pagan and didn't have much respect for others. I understand how Israelites would feel safe. Probably safer in their own country, than anywhere else in the world.
