I randomly ran into this train activity in RWC today when I was get the vaccine shot. Ended up taking quite a few shots at the port and chestnut street. 😂😂😂 What is the rough time for their work in RWC? I saw the trains going back to SSF at around 4:30 pm. Not sure when they got started.
