Bhaiya aapne bhut achi information di ...bhut acha lga ...kyonki me bhi diet me kuch khass ni khaati hu.. lekin phle meri bhi 2400 meter 20 mint aati thi ab 16.5 aayi h aaj or bhi mehnat krri hu running time km krne ke liye😊😊😊thanku so much bhaiya

में सिर्फ 8 से 10 मिनट रनिंग कर पाता हूं और सांस फूलने लगती है इसलिए बैठ जाता हूं फिर उसके बाद फिर एक्सरसाइज करता हूं,अभी 30 मिनिट तक नही कर पा रहा हूं 8 दिन हो गए है रनिंग करते करते,पैरो में दर्द है घुटने में,
