Welcome to KZbin 😊 I have notice all channels now asking for money 💰. And promise BIG things. First people give money for a chirch that now plans changed. That money should be refunded and let the people decide if they want to help a different project. I feel Titus should get a real job and work hard like us. Yes he works but for barley little $. He told us he had to take a loan from dad in the beginning. Yes money is not all the answer. But when you have BIG dreams and goals YOU too must then work hard and not just rely on us working hard and giving it away to someone we just see on youtube living a stress free lifestyle that we all would like with a big piece of land and going to mailbox for free money 💰 Yes Titus is a good man. But never forget we all come with sin and people get lost into thinking 🤔 He cant do wrong. We need to hear the other parties side. But if you dont care? Then i guess thats for you then to hand out money 💰. Im 48yrs old been married 27yrs and have 3 beautiful kids. I worked my ass off 15hr days for 29yrs and i never asked for money and paid off my own house and land. So it means so much more than if people just sent me money. Titus never been married and worked a hard 8 to 5 job. This lady got to spend all day with him and her kids while her husband worked . Now she has stress seeing Titus living the dream and her kids seeing all the fame and money coming in just making short vids. That to any wife would cause stress in the marriage. I would never want to leave my wife alone all day with a single man making money just filming. Sin is sin and i dont care how holy anyone is. Temptations are in the bible for ALL! No one gets a free pass. So all take time and pray for both parties. I more worry about the kids because they been exposed to the world 🌎 and all their families dirt is laid out for everyone to judge. But dont get me wrong this message is NOT to hate on Titus and this lady. Its to wake them up and help them. Because we are seeing things change fast. And we don't want to lose people like Titus and families. I seen churches in my area fall apart because people started to almost worship the pastor and focus more on them then God. Then the pastors ended up commenting adultery and people in the church broke apart and the church fell. It shouldn't fail and should of remember Satan loves to tempt as pastor more because if you can ruin a pastor you can destroy a whole church. So Titus has a lot on his hands when going live to the world 🌎 and has known experience dealing with marriage and counseling and kids. And he will find a lot of broken people will show up at his house looking to him as their Savior and that can be dangerous for the kids their not knowing who is all showing up. So, as Paul said, "Let not then your good be evil spoken of." (Romans 14:16). Considering that this is a ministry, you might want to rethink the idea of asking funds for things other than ministry. This is particularly the case when it could appear like funds are being collected to support the dissolution of a family. It's even more the case when it APPEARS like you, my brother Titus, are showing partiality to the wife though no one knows the husband's side of the story (there's always two sides). Furthermore, even if the wife is the innocent party in marital dissolution, this is that family's personal struggle. WHAT DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH YOU? Kentucky courts give 50/50 custody as standard practice. Attorneys that refused her case know this. The millionaire attorney is gonna take your money with no results (unless it's a shady under the table deal with the judge). You can throw $50k at the situation and likely not change that outcome.

You are correct. I ran a Father's Rights group in Tennessee for over 10 years after going through my own custody battle. It changes little to nothing throwing that much money at attorneys. We helped shape the laws in Tennessee and Kentucky years ago for a more 50/50 split which the courts to see as best for children so there is balance. Going for full custody right out of the gate, there has to be some evidence of harm/abuse else it won't work, so it's a waste of money. Women are overly emotional in these situations and she's milking him for nothing. Sad to see this.

It is not $80,000, but I can tell you as her mother and the one spending the go fund me, the lawyer fees are over $50,000 already and there is still another trial to prepare for. Originally, she wanted help for a lawyer and a help for a place to live. Her new lawyer is $425 per hour, but no one else wanted to take her case. Geoff has a rich father and providing a lawyer. Stephanie tried it with no lawyer and it went really bad. Then she tried Candice Combs and Candice was more for her ex than her. Then she had interviewed several. Allen was the only one willing to take the case. Please don't be negative about Stephanie, I had to beg her to let me do another go fund me as her lawyer was pressing her for money. You haven't walked in her shoes and God knows she is a righteous woman and is only asking for help since the situation is desperate. Stephanie has a job, she works for Titus. I have been through divorce 2 times and I can tell you that her situation is highly unusual with an ex that is doing everything in his power to ruin her and Titus and his family and if she doesn't have a good defender, it could cost her the children. Plus all the time in court over every little thing runs up the bill at $425 an hour, plus it is 5 hours of driving that she has to pay for every time he goes to court. Stephanie tried mediation which cost $2,000 and they wouldn't give an inch, even though she was flexible on some things., Please pray and have some compassion. It is not our fault that no one offered you compassion and it wasn't us that caused your situation.

I think that funds collected for church must be used for that purpose and cannot be used for something totally different, like someone’s divorce case expenses, because people didn’t give money for that purpose. Unfortunately, there is not as much help for women in DV situations as you might think. I have never heard of a place that will pay attorney fees. There are support people that will go with you, but not represent you. Unless Kentucky is vastly different?

I enjoy watching Titus, but this is too personal and drama filled. I feel it should really not be on social media. Its uncomfortable to watch, so i stopped watching and the distraction of what Steohanie is going through is taken away from who Titus really is and what he is set out to accomplish.

It gives you a chance to further your relationship with God. As well as help someone.... if... if it aligns with His will.

I am sorry this is happening. With all due respect $50,000 for a divorce without substantial assets or other major legal issues ? Something just doesn't add up in this situation. I have watched most , if not all, of your content for the last several months. I must say I have wondered about the building of the church and about this new land purchase? When I give money, I like to know what it is used for. Yes there are permits and rules to follow. That is just part of life. Could the permit issues not be worked out? A lot of money( $250,000 plus ) has been donated for this House of Prayer and I hope we all get to see this dream come to pass. Transparency is always the best policy!

She spent 6k on the first lawyer and 20k on the second (according to gofundme). Something is not adding up here. A simple divorce/custody with minimal assets like you mentioned is not going to cost that much. And it's not guaranteed, the father still has rights unfortunately unless he has major criminal history/drug abuse, etc. Because the court doesn't care about feelings and hearsay. And not sure why they keep calling child custody court a "trial".

@@s-marie8 I am her mother and managing the gofundme. The lawyer is $425 an hour and it is 5 hours of driving for him to come to court. The opposing council constantly makes court dates and argues about every little thing and I can assure you that the lawyer is already over $50,000 so far as I pay the bills. It doesn't sound possible, but it is.

Well Stephanie is a really lucky lady.i have been divorcing for over a year.i have no money and no lawyer.God is my lawyer. I have relocated with my child.we still have no money but we have a roof over our heads. Just thanking God for that and food to eat.
