This past year i increased my pantry size and concentrated on increasing my goods. It is the best thing to be able to gather from my pantry and freezer and cook just what my husband wanted to eat without having to go shopping. He has been so sick and when he was having heart attacks and got a defibrulator I prayed to the Lord and asked him to let me keep him a bit longer and that if he could i would cook him what ever he wanted and at any time of the day or night. That was 3 years ago and his heart was only working at about 23% and within a year it was working at near 100%. His Cardiologist was simply amazed and so was i. I cook fresh vegetables and i use nothing that is prepackaged. Thank you Mary for all you have taught me. I was a good cook but now i make so much from scrstch and he is loving it. ❤❤❤ and i am loving him.

She has greatly benefitted the world through you. My mom’s mother also died right before Christmas. She would have turned 94 yesterday. I turned 33 today. Oh Mary, I am so sorry for your loss. As someone that didn't have an amazing mother like you had I can't even begin to imagine the pain of not having her on his earth. I am so thankful that you know that she is in heaven and that you will see her again. Your mother has left a lasting mark on this earth and it is better that she was here. First of all. Sorry for you loss of your mother. I’m sure you miss her a lot, and she did a really great job raising such a sweet and wonderful daughter. I can see how it will benefit some people to have the inspiration before the weekends. That’s usually when people put a little more effort into their cooking. At least here in Norway people do that. My mother went to be The Lord when I was 10 years old; 52 years ago, and so I always love hearing about people who have long lives with their mothers. What a gift! This is a question about frozen chicken bones for stock. Can you use bones that have been frozen for a year or more? Is there a process they need to go through to thaw them before cooking? Mary, I’m so sorry to hear about your loss. It sounds like she lived a long and beautiful life and taught you well. I’m sure she was very proud of you. It doesn’t matter how old we are, our mom is still our mom. I lost my mom in 2015 and it still feels like it was yesterday. Her birthday is coming up in a few weeks, and her death date is coming up in Mid March. It’s going to be a hard 2 months for me, but when she shows up in my yard as a cardinal, it makes me smile.
