As a person who has lost 50+ pounds before don’t even hop on scales or revolve around a mirror. Do it to feel better….and give yourself some time if not a lot of time Lastly there’s something within us where our body knows what it’s norm is (homeostasis)…if your norm is heavy and you lose weight there’s going to be a period where it’s easy to gain it back (body incorrectly thinks it’s norm is heavier). Like a lot of people lose weight then get disheartened when they plateau….plateauing is good cause after a while that will be the new norm. Cause it’s one thing to lose it and it’s another to make it normal. But you got it for sure 💪 And someone ought to be held accountable for teaching a couple generations of Americans that the ol food pyramid was the right move 😂

Mike, I watch all of your content and it’s always good but I have to say this is one of the best. You are speaking for so many men across this nation and more guys need to hear it. We have to be men and lead our families and our lives with purpose. Thank you for what you’re doing. Please keep it up and just know it’s making a difference. I feel motivated and refreshed today to wake up another day with purpose, with a common goal and to get after it. God bless you brother.

So, since we've had a massive fire very close to our community in Washington this year, I finally stepped out and posted to my neighbors about security issues that I have experience in. I wasn't expecting a response....oh man, I'm blown away. Now, I'm actually putting together a presentation to be given some time soon. Thanks for the inspiration, Mike. All of the personal protection and accountability stuff is very important but I kept hearing you talking about community. It got me started. Thanks.

Excellent content, Mike, and thanks for your words and time. 100% agree that national disasters need to stop being politicized by all parties, because everybody is guilty of it. American lives were either affected or wholly taken. Lets focus on healing and helping.

Lived apartment to apartment for a long time and then one day I asked myself, "what am I doing? Why do I need all this space?" From that point on, I moved out into a 5th wheel RV and haven't looked back. The mobility is nice and really gives me peace of mind when I think about natural disasters like what just happened in Florida. There are companies like Ember RV that are making off-road capable bumper pull trailers that you can tow with something like an F150 Raptor. Might downsize again just to get into one of those.

Grew up on a farm with my Grandparents, and they were born in the 20s.. I spent years without a Generator because they treated power outages like a minor inconvenience, so I always felt a generator was just a luxury that cost too much.. Now that I've had one for a few years, I can't believe I waited so long to get it. *We typically lose power a few times per year lasting from a day to no longer than a week. Though in our location a long term outage would not surprise me. We were out of power 3 days due to Ian. Generator made it (business *almost* as usual)..

What you think about fuso, iszusu and hinos vehicles for overlanding, in Australia they use them for overlanding, mining, firefighting and here in America they use them in landscaping, and industrial uses. I'd run the Isuzu as a daily driver it comes with a OEM snorkel to drive thru water like it's a civilian gama goat vehicle
