Great workout video, Fit After 50. Looking forward to your next upload! I smashed that thumbs up button on your segment. Keep up the awesome work. I'm curious, how do you recommend adjusting resistance for different fitness levels when using bands for these exercises?

Thank you. Those bands that I use come in 4 different resistances. The red color in the video is the easiest ones with the green that you don't see being the hardest. Those I reserve for deadlifts maybe. You have to get creative with bands sometimes as obviously when the are not stretched they don't provide and resistance. I have a couple of workouts that combine bands and dumbbells together, that's one way to do it. Another way to overload it do simplely do the exercises slower and with more control. Howdy Coach Paul, I have to tell you how happy I was to see you brought back a resistance band workout! You put this one together just right and of course, as you knew, I used the black and purple bands for this one and I’m feeling it for sure. It must have been killing you to use the red band for this, but after watching your short videos over the weekend this was definitely and active recovery day for you. Dang, you really were tearing it up out there in the garage! Not being in your basement is quite a change from our normal workout environment, and don’t think the “Boss” will allow you to sweat up her super nice hardwood floor or that fancy couch after one of your killer routine days.That is off limits for me, it’s either on the cattle mats I have down in the back portion of bedroom that we don’t use or out in the barn! LOL! Thanks for bringing those bands out for a little exercise, they were getting soft and dusty! See you Thursday my friend and enjoy the week! Remember not to overdo it in beast mode, we need you to come back and do normal stuff with us! 🤠

Yup, while I enjoy the additional space if the living room the type of workout there will be limited. 😜 This was an easier one but felt good to stay active and recover a little bit. The garage is starting to get cold, the basement workout you saw in the Shorts are very enjoyable as I am warm, have a treadmill to run on and I can blast the music.
