Something to consider about the Up the Beanstalk vs Garruk is that Garruk triggers on ETB while Beanstalk triggers on cast. Easier to trigger Garruk with the discover mechanic and with flicker.

Nice that's a great addition! This deck has a lot of lands and you can get some damage in with that spell before shuffling in your graveyard. Good pick!
