Thanks for your videos! Just wondering if you recommend an excercise for when upper back + chest pain occur after an awkward sleeping position?

You're welcome. I'd start with these amd maybe try a lacrosse ball to release the pecs and muscles around the shoulder blade but what your're asking sounds like it be easier to give you an answer if it was checked out by someone in person.
