How much calories it will burn. How much dumbbell weight I should use. Currently using 7.5 kg dumbbell

I'd guess between 320-380 calories. It always depends on many factors though, particularly how hard you work

I think from memory it was 22.5 and 15 but you work within your own ability. It may be more, it may be less. Doesn't matter as long as you get a good workout in 💪
