Hello, I don't think I've ever commented on a KZbin video. Also never been a member of a channel but you guys are amazing. Over the last fews months I've done a few of your series and the change in my body/overall wellbeing is amazing. I'm a 52 Yr old woman so it wasn't a given I'll be able to rebuild muscles post menopause. I can't thank you enough for your workouts. They are top quality! It was great fun to finish the year on this workout! Tomorrow 2024 starts and I'm looking forward to continuing to build strength with you as my coaches. This workout is great. I believe for Weightloss the most important aspect is diet. If your nutrition is not on point (calorie deficit) no amount of exerting will help you lose weight. But exercise is vital for overall health strength and mobility.

Hi there, no you should never do "full body workouts" daily because this doesn't allow sufficient rest of each muscle group. I am not coach Ali. But I would like to answer you. Every workout is a weight loss workout. Combine it with a little bit cardio and good nutrition and you’ll see results.
