What an awesome, real, wholesome video. Did my heart good to watch; more so for the relationship piece than the workout itself (sorry - that's a compliment). Great stuff. Was that Mumford and Sons playing in the background by chance?

I was corrected a long time ago by a trainer who said lifting your neck off the bench while pressing causes unnecessary strain and limits the stretch on the eccentric, I’d imagine this hasn’t effected you but I’d love to hear your thoughts.

I find it hard to tell when the chest is fully stretched vs. when I'm starting to push beyond my active range on bottom of DB presses or TRX push ups. any tips to know the difference? other than pain? haha. (trying to avoid the pain!)

Stand up and do a phantom press. Wherever your hands end up at the bottom, that's your end range.

Crook doesn't have cables at home yet. So I just wanted to lock in his form on DB's.

Depends. But usually 4-5 days between body parts. My training is all over the place because I'm always training with people, filming, etc. so it often doesn't make sense.

If I did an alternating Upper lower on MWF each wk, are there any upper body exercises I can shift to lower without compromising recovery or risking tendon/ligament stress? Trying to make upper days shorter.
