I love your workouts! I have been working with you for 3 yrs! I love the bands workout but I would like a little faster pace with less time in between sessions. I absolutely think the hilt workouts are the best! God Bless You and have a Blessed holiday season! Keep the seated workouts coming!

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. However there is a reason for the time and pace. I intentional go slower to prevent injuries for people who are not as advance.
