Thank You SO much Coach Paul Eugene> This is Dr. Bonnie here in Illinois. You have helped me very mush to start back exercising. I got a not very good health report a few months ago but when I go in June I know I'm gonna have much better numbers! I'm continuing with prayers and meditation and I've improved my eating. I am coming out to Pittsburgh (my home town is about 30 miles from there) soon. My family will all be hearing about you and what an inspiration you are to me! Thanks again Coach Paul Eugene.

Wow, that's the best seated cardio that I've found on KZbin! I'm recovering from a knee injury and haven't been able to do my standing workouts. But this workout proves that you don't need to be standing to get a good workout! Increased heart rate, sweat, and fun! I'll definitely be back! 😀

Thank you for your inspiration and energy. I have been searching through several programs, some free but most subscriptions. I had a failed back surgery almost 3 years ago. My body is actually suffering from muscular atrophy because I was bedridden until recently. Physical therapy twice a week for $200, a subscription for 7 minute workout $29.99 a month, or my other option more pills. You came to my rescue. I started today and took a before picture. Can't wait to take the after picture. I currently walk bent over and have no muscle to hold myself upright. Weight is not too much of an issue but it is more humiliating for the active person I used to be to walk like I am 100 years old instead of 62. I can't weight (LOL) to see results

Thanks for sharing. I am thankful to be part of your heath journey. I had injured my lower back when I was in health care back in 2014. I refuse back surgery. I had to give up nursing and was told that I would not be able to walk a mile without a struggle in four years. But here I more than 4 years later and doing great. Hang in there.

@@PaulEugene I was told the surgery was successful but I contracted MRSA infection and they applied a wound vac! The wound vac was ten times worse than child labor. I was in bed with a wound van covering a 14 inch incision that was stuffed with foam. So of course my muscles got no exercise and now need to start like a newborn pony. I look forward to working out to your videos. I will share success when it happens.

Over the years I have had major health issues ending up on dialysis and finally got a transplant 3 years ago. Thanks to my physical therapist I found you. I plane just need to get moving. I am now on my 3rd week with you. I have no back pain which is why I see a physical therapist. This is the 1st thing I have found that I really believe I can stick to. In the last year I gained 20lbs and I believe doing this will help me lose 20 lbs over the next year. Thank you

I am a nurse this is by far the best chair exercise I have ever done. I will do it every single day! I'm looking at my heart rate hit 120. I have heart issues so to get it to this number sitting! Yea. I'm all for it. Thanks so much. I hope you have others.

Coach Paul Eugene let me start by saying I love you and your videos. I've been working out with you for almost a year and I always get a good and challenging workout. I tested positive for Covid-19 early this week and today I was extremely exhausted. I had to get my last workout in for this week and I knew you'd have something on here that I could do even being sick. This seated workout hit the jackpot! I started out seated for the first 10 minutes and I stood for the rest of it (modified with my own flare and I think you'd approve). You are such a blessing to my life and I'm so thankful to have found you.

did this for first time today...in the invalids bed...marches were ankle pumps(to prevent clots) and legs out to side or front become heel slides which are physio moves that I have to do already. Jacks were just the arms and burpees were arms in air..bend fwd touch bed inbetween legs..arms up then jacks. Can't sit or stand too long so the bed is where I'm starting from. Thank you for your exercises

I enjoy your workouts. The arm ones are fine but it’s my wrists that won’t cooperate. Truth everybody!!! Does the old skin ever go away under upper arms? I’ve been doing bat wings and weights (3s) for pretty much a yr. Oh yeah I just turned 73
